Getting Started
- 1Check your email for your Ultralight invite - it comes from service@ultralighthealth.com, subject "Welcome to Fishtown Medicine."
- 2Download the Ultralight app from the App Store or Google Play.
- 3Complete your profile and health questionnaire.
- 4Turn on notifications when the app asks. It is how you and Dr. Ash reach each other, so you never miss a message, a lab result, or a reply.
- 5Send a quick "Hello" to verify your secure channel is active.
