90%+ of members get labs fully covered by insurance. If you’d rather skip the claim, our wholesale cash-pay rates are usually cheaper than HDHP coinsurance after deductible.

Membership is not insurance. It covers Dr. Ash’s time and the practice’s care. Insurance still handles the big stuff - labs, imaging, meds, hospital, specialist procedures.

What insurance still does
Pays for labs and imaging (we route through your benefits - over 90% are fully covered), pharmacy meds, specialist procedures, and hospitalization.
