What membership replaces
Copays, visit fees, and the 7-minute appointment treadmill. You get unlimited direct access to your physician for one flat rate.
What insurance still does
Pays for labs and imaging (we route through your benefits - over 90% are fully covered), pharmacy meds, specialist procedures, and hospitalization.
HSA & FSA
Fully eligible under the 2025 Primary Care Enhancement Act. Effective cost is often 25-35% lower depending on your tax bracket.

There are no hidden costs, copays, initiation fees, or cancellation fees for our care. One flat rate for dedicated results and access - no surprise bills from us. No locked-in contracts.
Insurance & Labs
Over 90% of members have labs and imaging fully covered by their standard plans. Meds, supplements, and imaging are subject to your pharmacy/insurance terms.
HSA & FSA Eligible
Your membership and care packs are fully eligible medical expenses. Use your pre-tax dollars to pay for your care. We provide all necessary receipts and documentation.
Clinical Independence
We do not sell supplements, use affiliate links, or accept fees from pharma or device companies. Our advice is 100% independent. Read our independence policy.

Lab work · The good news
90%+ of members get labs fully covered by insurance. If you’d rather skip the claim, our wholesale cash-pay rates are usually cheaper than HDHP coinsurance.

Out of scope entirely
A small set of needs we can’t take on:

The same workup can be hundreds, even thousands, once it runs through insurance. We pass our negotiated cash rate straight to you - close to 90% under what an insurer bills. Just tell us before your draw.

For frontline workers
Colleague membership
Colleague membership is our discounted tier for the people who carry the rest of us: healthcare staff, educators, hospitality, and frontline service. Same care, lower price.
Because the tier is restricted, we ask for a quick attestation before showing the discounted prices. Takes about 30 seconds.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never touch Fishtown Medicine servers. Any partner discount we receive (supplements, imaging, labs) passes straight through to you - we do not mark up partner pricing.
