Who we treat
• Adults 18 + who are physically in a state where our clinicians are licensed (often Pennsylvania, New Jersey, etc.).
• We don’t treat kids under 16 or handle emergencies—call 911 or go to the ER for those.

How care happens
• Most visits are online (video, phone, secure chat).
• If we need an in-person exam, we’ll see you, or refer you (like if you need the ER or a specialist procedure) locally.
• We record visits only for training, safety, and charting—never shared without legal need or your okay.

How we talk to you
• Secure portal is our default.
• You can get texts, calls, or emails; text STOP to quit texts any time.
• Promotional texts always include an opt-out option.

Membership & money
• Subscriptions bill through Stripe: monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
• Cancel whenever you like:
– Monthly plans stop at the next renewal date.
– Quarterly or annual plans get a refund for the unused months (at monthly fee schedule; minus Stripe’s card fees).
• Any charge can be fully refunded (minus card fees) if you ask within 30 days.
• Prices can change, but we’ll warn you at least 3 months ahead. You may choose not to renew.

Medications
• No long-term opioids.
• Benzos only for very short, low-dose courses under strict rules.
• ADHD stimulants possible after a thorough review and state PDMP check.
• See our controlled-substance policy.

Products & supplements
• We sometimes hand out free samples.
• If you buy through our Fullscript store we get a small commission; prices are usually the same or cheaper than retail.
• You’re free to buy anywhere, and we often recommend options we don’t earn from.

Your part
• Give truthful health info, keep payment details current, protect your passwords, and follow agreed-upon care plans.
• Tell us if you land in the ER so we can help afterward.

Privacy & security
• HIPAA rules apply. If any vendor or system is breached, we’ll tell you within 60 days.
• All vendors sign privacy agreements with us and keep encrypted backups.
• We use cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel); see the cookie banner for opt-out choices.
• Interpreter services and disability accommodations are free on request.

AI & automation
• We use AI to draft reminders and educational content, but a licensed clinician reviews anything related to your care.

Ending care
• (Not you of course -) If someone is disruptive or repeatedly ignore medical advice, we can end the relationship with 30 days’ notice and refund any unused prepaid fees.

Not in case of emergency.

We prioritize your well-being through preventive and comprehensive care.

However, we do not provide emergency services.

In case of an emergency, please call 911 or use local emergency numbers. For mental health crises, reach out to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 or text 988 for immediate support.

For established patients, we offer same day responsiveness. If you visit the emergency department, notify us once you're safe so we can assist with your recovery. Your health and safety remain our top priority.

We will refer you to local urgent cares in the uncommon case your medical issue may not be met through out care. For example, if you need an cyst or abscess incised and drained.

We will refer you to local specialists when the care required is outside the scope of comprehensive primary care. For example, you may need a full evaluation or specialist procedure, or establishment of care to initiate a new specialty treatment.
